Life Sciences AI Academy is led by Brian J. Drapeau, founder and principal consultant of GxP Frame. The curriculum joins practical workforce qualification with the control discipline expected in regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology work.
Brian Drapeau is a quality, compliance and workforce-development leader with more than a decade of experience in regulated life-sciences environments. His work spans cell and gene therapy manufacturing, GxP training governance, inspection readiness, role qualification, LMS and QMS implementation, and the practical governance of AI-assisted work.
His operating experience includes training and quality leadership supporting Bristol Myers Squibb/Celgene, Lonza, Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, MADE Scientific and Amgen. Across those environments, the work has included cell and gene therapy operator qualification, aseptic training, quality-system adoption, LMS migration, training-needs analysis, inspection support and the design of evidence-bearing competency programs.
Brian founded GxP Frame to help life-sciences organizations close the distance between a written procedure and reliable execution. Life Sciences AI Academy applies that same principle to AI: people should understand the permitted use, perform the work under defined controls, verify material outputs, preserve the evidence and escalate what they cannot resolve.
