Terms of use · Effective August 24, 2026
Terms for educational use
These terms govern access to the public website, readiness assessment, curriculum, assessment activities and Academy-issued badge records. A signed organizational or consulting agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Agreement
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and, if acting for an organization, have authority to bind it for the relevant use. The Academy is intended for adult professional education.
Education is not authorization or professional advice
Content is provided for education and workforce-development purposes. It is not legal, medical, clinical, quality-unit or regulatory advice; a validated system; an audit; a conformity assessment; or agency approval. It does not authorize use of an AI tool in regulated work. Users and their organizations remain responsible for applicable law, professional judgment, approved procedures, data restrictions, system validation, supervision and final decisions.
Accounts and records
Accurate use and credential integrity
You must provide accurate information, safeguard any access mechanism and notify the Academy of suspected misuse. A badge may be withheld, corrected or revoked for impersonation, false information, fabricated evidence, unauthorized assistance, technical error or failure to meet the published standard. Public verification confirms the Academy record; unless stronger identity controls are expressly documented, it does not verify a government identity.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and without interference
- Do not submit patient data, protected health information, confidential regulated records, malware, unlawful content or material you lack authority to use.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, scrape at a harmful rate, alter a verification record, impersonate another person or misrepresent a badge.
- Do not copy, sell or republish substantial curriculum or assessment content except where written permission or applicable law allows it.
- Do not use the service or its content to make an automated high-impact decision about another person without an independent lawful basis, appropriate controls and human accountability.
Your submissions
Rights needed to evaluate learner work
You retain ownership of original material you submit. You grant GxP Frame a limited, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, evaluate, secure and retain it as needed to deliver the service, verify credentials and meet legal or contractual responsibilities. You represent that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit material that your employer, a patient, trial subject, client or other person prohibits you from sharing.
Academy materials
Intellectual property
The site design, curriculum structure, original text, assessments, graphics, code and Academy marks are owned by GxP Frame or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license permits personal or authorized organizational learning use. Citations and links to laws, regulator publications, standards and third-party articles do not claim ownership of those materials or their marks.
External services
Third-party sources and links
Links are provided for evidence and convenience. Third parties control their content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and the Academy is not responsible for external services. Paid standards may require a separate license from the standards owner.
Availability
Changes, suspension and termination
The Academy may update curriculum, assessment criteria, source status and technical features; material credential changes are versioned. Access may be suspended to maintain security, comply with law, prevent misuse or protect credential integrity. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes and records survive termination where their nature requires it.
Payments
One-time purchases and checkout terms
Individual Academy access may be purchased through the public Stripe checkout. The price, selected learning scope, currency and any applicable tax are presented before payment. The currently published individual options are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. A purchase grants the access described at checkout; it does not guarantee that an assessment will be passed or that a credential will be issued. Consulting, sponsored cohorts and organizational services remain governed by the applicable written proposal, order or agreement. Questions about a charge, access or a refund request may be sent to the contact listed below, subject to applicable law and any terms presented at checkout.
Warranties and liability
Reasonable limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted accuracy. GxP Frame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or decisions made from educational content. Total liability arising from free public use will not exceed US$100. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law cannot limit. Paid engagements are governed by their written agreement.
Disputes
New Jersey law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in New Jersey will hear disputes not resolved informally, unless consumer or other mandatory law provides a different forum or right. Before filing, contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith effort to resolve the concern.
General
Complete terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without written consent; GxP Frame may transfer them with the service subject to applicable law. These terms, the privacy notice and any controlling written agreement form the applicable agreement. Questions may be sent to bdrapeau@gxpframe.com or (973) 975-7375.
