Corrections policy · Effective August 24, 2026

Errors are corrected visibly and in proportion to their impact

Regulatory education requires more than quietly changing a sentence. This policy explains how concerns are received, evaluated, corrected, versioned and communicated.

Submit a concern

Include enough evidence to reproduce the issue

Email bdrapeau@gxpframe.com with the page URL or credential, the exact claim or behavior, why it may be wrong, the source or evidence supporting the concern and any time sensitivity. Do not include patient data or confidential regulated records.

We aim to acknowledge a complete report within five business days and make or explain an ordinary determination within 15 business days. Safety-critical or time-sensitive regulatory concerns are triaged sooner. Complex questions may take longer; the reporter receives a status update.

Correction levels

The response follows the risk

LEVEL 1

Editorial

Definition: Spelling, grammar, formatting or a broken link that does not alter meaning.

Response: Correct in place; record internally when useful.

LEVEL 2

Clarification

Definition: Wording could reasonably be read more broadly or confidently than the evidence supports.

Response: Revise the text, date the review and note the clarification where readers could have relied on it.

LEVEL 3

Material

Definition: A factual, assessment, attribution or applicability error could change a learner's understanding or decision.

Response: Promptly correct or temporarily withdraw the affected material, document impact and notify affected learners when identifiable.

LEVEL 4

Regulatory or safety-critical

Definition: Authority status, effective date, jurisdiction, condition, critical assessment key or control advice is wrong or materially outdated.

Response: Restrict reliance immediately, investigate priority, version the correction and reassess affected credentials or decisions.

Review and adjudication

The curriculum owner records the concern, source checked, decision and corrective action. A subject-matter reviewer is used when expertise or independence is material. Authorship and reviewer roles remain separate, and unresolved disagreement is not rewritten as consensus.

Corrections record

Material corrections identify the affected version, date, prior problem, corrected position and impact on assessments or badges. Editorial fixes may be made in place. The section below will list public material corrections after one is confirmed.
